Easygoing Chicken Wings
Try this once, and you'll change your mind about ever reaching for the phone to order chicken wings.. These are the most hands-down, lip smacking chicken wings ever, and what's more, they're easy to make it in just minutes.  Vinaigrette and tomato sauce gives this a nice coating while slow baking in your kitchen oven does the rest of the trick.  Spice optional, as needed

Recipe Quick Steps

Step1: Season wings and bake

In a mixing bowl add chicken, salt, black pepper and 1 teaspoon oil and mix well. Line a baking tray with foil and grease it. Put the seasoned chicken wings on the baking tray and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and keep aside.

Step2: Make Sauce

In a mixing bowl add water, vinegar, tomato puree, tomato sauce, red chili paste, red chili powder, garlic, oil and salt. Mix well.

Step3: Pour the sauce on cooked wings:

Pour all the sauce over the baked chicken wings.

Step4: Bake wings with sauce:

Bake the chicken wings again for 20 minutes at 350 deg F. Turn them once after 10 minutes. Serve hot with a white sauce.

Ingredients

Serves 4

    What you require:

    • 2 lb chicken wings
    • 1 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • ½ cup water
    • ½ cup vinegar
    • ½ cup tomato puree
    • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
    • red chili paste to taste
    • red chili powder to taste
    • 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped

Prepare it

1Preheat the oven at 350 deg F.

2 In a mixing bowl add chicken, salt, black pepper and 1 teaspoon oil. Mix well.

3Line a baking tray with foil and grease it. Put the seasoned chicken wings on the baking tray and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.

4Make sauce: In a mixing bowl add water, vinegar, tomato puree, tomato sauce, red chili paste, red chili powder, garlic, oil and salt. Mix well.

5Remove the baking sheet with chicken wings from the oven.

6Give the prepared sauce a quick stir and pour all the sauce over the hot chicken. Make sure all the wings are dredged well in the sauce.

7Put the chicken wings back in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 deg F. Turn them once after 10 minutes.

8Remove the hot and sizzling chicken wings when they are crispy from outside and tender from inside. Serve hot with a white sauce.

Tip

Serve chicken wings with creamy white ranch sauce to give it more flavor. You can try the same recipe with any other meat with slight variation on the baking time.
