Content Submission guidelines

Here are some guidelines for submitting your recipes:

· Recipes and pictures must be original work that is modified/adapted versions that you have personally revised and tried out.

· The recipe should follow the following format:

Sample Recipe Format

o Recipe Description – Mention a brief two liner about your recipe, describing its origin or about the dish, or what makes this special or unique etc.

o Servings: < number of people that can be served>

o Time required

§ Getting ready: < min> Cooking time: <min> Total Time: <min>

o Ingredients:

§ <ingredient#1>, quantity

§ <ingredient#2>, quantity

§ <ingredient#3>, quantity

§ As many as necessary

o Steps To prepare:

o (Optional) Tips, Sauces or Garnishing

· Send at least three high resolution photographs of the dish – include a close up

· Your name will be attributed as a recipe submitter. Send any close up picture of yourself if you’d like your picture featured with the recipe.

· For this round, we invite everyone to send their recipe from September 9^th 2010 to September 30^th 2010.

· Selection criterion includes:

o Your Dish should feature Indian food primarily or an Indian twist/adaptation of any other cuisine. You could also feature fusion recipes

o Your creation should be original. You can also adapt from other recipes but the adaptation or revision should result in an original version.

o The dish should be easy and reasonably quick to cook.

o Visual appeal, based on photos submitted

· Selected entries will be featured in the print edition and or online version of the magazine. At this point of time monetary compensation is not offered for any selected or submitted entries.

· The exact date for publication of selected entries is not finalized yet and we will convey this to the selected submitters.

· SizzlingPots.com reserves the right to select entries for publication or display on the website or to reject any submitted entries.

· You will have to agree to the submission terms given below, and give permission for the right to use the submitted material, (content, recipe and picture) in mediums such as SizzlingPots.com, as well as print and digital magazine editions.

· Sizzlingpots.com may need to revise and or edit the content and pictures for print and web publishing purposes.
